What kind of tents do you have?
We have three 20'×40' tents and a selection of smaller frame tents (10'×10' and 10'×20'). Check out our Equipment section for the full lineup.
Do you install or do we?
We cover the full installation of tents, chairs, and tables. The only thing we leave to our clients is arranging the tables and chairs in whatever layout they prefer.
What is needed to book?
We ask all of our clients to sign our waiver contract and send their deposit to confirm their booking. You can view and download the waiver right here on our site.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Venmo and written checks made out to Chase Novak.
How much is the deposit?
We charge a 20% deposit of what the quoted cost is.
Do you survey yards before setup?
Our tents were designed to be set up on flat surfaces. If your yard needs further inspection, please contact us with pictures and any concerns you may have.
Can you install on concrete?
We do not set up our large tents on concrete to reduce the risk of blow-over and damage to the surface. Our smaller frame tents are a better option for concrete surfaces.
Do you offer special pricing on select items?
Absolutely! If you'd like just the tent, or just tables and chairs, contact us for unit pricing, and we'll issue a custom quote based on your needs.
